Haven't had to use it yet but it's very loud. Compact and it came in my favorite color. The case is nothing special but the price was great. Only downfall so far is charging it, the plug slides out from the bottom of the device so it won't stay plugged in to a wall outlet because its too heavy. I just use my power strip instead.
