Great shipping time, thanks for that. For the item itself, it seems like a decent self-defence tool for the money. The flashlight isn't very bright at all, but that's not why I bought the thing anyway. The zapper seems like it packs a punch, although I haven't had to use it. The sound of it alone would probably startle an assailant. It scares the hell out of my dogs and cat. When I pressed the button the first time to test it, all my animals scattered and I didn't see them again for an hour.

Everybody needs a Vipertek!
I really love my new stun gun. The amount of current it generates is impressive. It has already proven it's worth during an encounter with an overly aggressive security guard who walked away after I pulled out the Vipertek. The only reason I didn't give it 5-stars was I didn't get to see it in action. Otherwise it is a great value and more than one person has asked where they can get one.

I like the way they work. If this product wasn't so faulty most of the time this might be a good experience. My wife enjoys having it on her evening walk because of a dog who used to attack her but now is afraid of her. The return policy is good but what's the point of the don't last.

Unreliable garbage from China
Had this only 1 week and babied the hell out of it, never dropped or mishandled before having issues. The build quality of this thing is in serious doubt and from a personal defense standpoint alone, that ain't good. Was purchased not even a week ago to replace a 6 year old an aging and partially failing black diamond pocket led flashlight that is rated at 150 lumen brightness for nighttime dog walks. Even out of the box, after a full charge, the black diamond and it's 150 lumens was throwing off more light. The only part of this vipertek with it's focused beam that was only slightly brighter was in the very center. Now 1 week later, after having only topped up the battery 3 or 4 times, the vipertek flashlight, barely throws out any light. Even when it was working, there is no way this is ...
