I had to return this heat press because it did not press evenly. Only a part of the press got up to temperature so I had to keep moving the item around to get a full press.

You have to press multiple times at different angle to get a decent result. If using htv vinyl it’s not terrible but if attempting sublimation the heat isn’t even or consistent enough unless you leave it to sit and burn the material you’re using. Lost several garments because of this, also not a good idea for plastisol transfers. The press also came dinged up but not from outside during transit inside where all the protective foam was, so banged up then packaged and shipped.

We have been using this press daily since it was purchased and have had no issues with its ability to properly press a shirt. I would recommend that you purchase bottom cover for it though, as the rubber mat makes it difficult to slide a shirt on/off. If you are in the US, you will have to print out a temperature conversion sheet because it comes in Celsius. We ended up clamping our press to a table, because it is light and with a decent amount of pressure the whole press comes up when you lift the arm. Simple problem with a simple solution. Overall we are pleased with the press and would recommend and purchase another if the need arose.
