I purchased this spray booth with some misgivings. I currently have no way to vent it to the outside, but at least using the filter will help some. The unit is compact, but easy to set up. It's not whisper quiet, but it's also not bone rattling loud either. I would compare it to a cook range hood exhaust fan loudness. Now I don't recommend doing this, but I have tried spraying some lacquer primer and clear coats and have had no issues with anything "flaring up" on me. The motor for the fan is not sealed, so a concentration of flammable vapors could ignite from a motor spark. Conclusion: If you spray exclusively water or alcohol based paints where there is no danger of fire or explosion from concentrated fumes, then this is a nice little unit. I would not recommend it for solvent based paints for the above reasons.Read full review

This is a reasonable way to spray small items and keep the over spay from getting on everything in the room. the turntable lets you turn items as you spray no finger prints in your finish. The price point is low enough for most and easy to assemble, light so you can move it were it's needed. I like this little out fit is a nice addition to my finishing needs. Paul

I use the spray booth to airbrush cakes in my cake shop. Since I have no access to the out of doors this booth has solved my problem. I don't use the tubing but placed a filter over the back of the unit and covered it with cellophane held on with a large rubber band!! Works great!! Now I don't have food color all over my shop walls!
