outstanding service, however it is limited to dealers who buy large amounts, need to make offers to collectors like the Kansascity fulfillment center, offering prepack small amounts of any issue to collectors. this is more efficient and practical. it would also be more efficient to the postal service to solidify interest in collecting among stamp collectors . in time it will make it very effective and feasible for the USPS to close the much expensive to operate fulfillment center , and just consolidate all selling stamps to on line at the internet store. Conceder the huge savings you are going to have. Now, one huge issue with me , I wanted to order the 10 cent pear coil stamp issued early this year ,only to find out I have to buy 1000 in order to obtain this stamp. I went on line to dealer in Belgium TO BUY FEW COPYS , THE SHIPPING COST WAS OVER $ 4.00 .SO I REFUSED TO BUY. IT IS KIND OF EMBARESMENT HAVING TO GO TO BELGIUM TO BUY UNITED STATES STAMPS. I HAVE BEEN COLLECTING US STAMPS FOR 40 PLUS YEARS. FORGODS SAKE DON'T YOU FIND THAT AN EMBARESMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Always liked space stamps. These are dramatic, beautiful, forever stamps, indexed to inflation and so far guaranteed by the US government. The only problem is that everybody wants one and so far none have made it to the envelope yet. Kudos to the USPS.
